Poringland Community Centre is a modern, flexible build which can be separated into up to 4 independent 'quads' and as such can accommodate any party size up to the maximum capacity of 240. All tables and chairs are included in the hire cost and laid out in advance by our caretaking team, and a complimentary 30 minutes is added to the beginning and end of all hire times to allow for set and clean up. A fully licensed staffed bar (social club prices) is included in the rates for adult party and wedding reception hire but can be added to any event at a cost of £10 per hour. A well-equipped commercial kitchen is available as an add-on should a hirer wish to cater and sits opposite the complimentary bistro area which can house a buffet. A stage can also be hired should a hirer wish to bring in an entertainer, DJ etc. For corporate users state-of-the-art AV equipment can be hired, including projector, white screen, microphone, flipchart etc. Anything from a small meeting to a full conference can be accommodated. Prices start from only £13.00 per hour for children's parties and meeting hire.
